Refund Policy

This policy applies to coin purchases for Arrow Dash: Fun Maze made with Shawnee Ridge Inc.

Google Play purchases

Purchases made inside the game through Google Play are refunded through Google Play’s refund process.

Website purchases

If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or did not receive the coins you paid for, contact support@playarrowdash.com within 30 days of the purchase with your order details. We will review the request and, where appropriate, refund the original payment method. Coins that have already been used in the game are generally not refundable, except where required by law.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional days to show the credit.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
